Security Guard
Mermaid Cleaning Services is seeking professional and dependable Security Guards to help protect client properties, staff, visitors, equipment, and facilities. The ideal candidate must be alert, disciplined, trustworthy, and committed to maintaining a safe and secure environment.
Responsibilities
- Patrol assigned premises and monitor security conditions.
- Control access to buildings, sites, and facilities.
- Verify visitor identification and maintain visitor logs.
- Monitor security cameras, alarms, and entry points where applicable.
- Report incidents, suspicious activity, safety hazards, and security breaches.
- Respond appropriately to emergencies.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures when required.
- Prepare daily security and incident reports.
- Support client site safety procedures.
- Maintain a professional appearance and conduct at all times.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum Form 5 / High School education preferred.
- Previous security experience is an advantage.
- Security training or certification is an advantage.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to work day shifts, night shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Physically fit and able to patrol assigned areas.
- Honest, trustworthy, alert, and reliable.
- No criminal record.
- Eligible to work in Eswatini.
Preferred Qualifications
- CCTV monitoring experience.
- First aid training.
- Customer service experience.
- Experience working at residential, commercial, or office sites.
